Who is Animesh Jain?

Animesh Jain is an accomplished professional in engineering and management, holding certification as an EO Global Speaker Academy 2022, Certified Speaker. His fervor lies in fostering the continuity of family businesses, propelling business growth, and instigating innovation within longstanding enterprises.

 

He represents the fourth generation in his family's business lineage, an establishment spanning over 120 years with a notable presence in South Asia and South East Asia. The business operates in Manufacturing, Distribution, and B2C sales, commanding a robust workforce of 3500+ individuals stationed across diverse locations.

 

His journey intertwined with the family enterprise approximately ten years ago, following successful tenures at Asian Paints Ltd. and Tech Mahindra Ltd. Leveraging his professional background and ardor for familial entrepreneurship, Animesh diligently worked to professionalize his own conglomerate. His aim is to ensure that the rich legacy passed down to his generation is well-equipped to endure for generations to come.

 

Beyond his immediate business circle, Animesh extends his expertise through consultations, workshops, and speeches. His discourse covers a range of topics including Family Business Continuity, Next Generation Integration, and the Professionalization of Family Businesses, among various other facets of familial enterprises. Over the past decade, he has addressed esteemed platforms including CII-FBN, EO, DLC and several business/industry associations.

 

During his leisure moments, he finds solace in exploration and motorbike rides. An active participant in industry and business associations, Animesh has held prestigious roles such as Chairman for CII Madhya Pradesh and CII Bhopal. His involvement has further extended to serving on the boards of other esteemed associations.
